Carrie Varnell is a thirty-something stay-in-her-car mom. She has three children- Rachel 10, Graham 8, and Randy 37. She is not nearly as crazy as Melinda when it comes to pets having only 2 dogs, Rosie and Sydney, and 1 gerbil, Squeeky.

 

There were two other gerbils, but Gigglebubble met her demise when she escaped and the dogs thought she was one of their toys (Yorkies and gerbils don’t mix) and poor Honeymuffin suffered a brain injury during one escape which triggered a loss of self-control when it came to eating. She eventually died from a food overdose.

 

When Carrie is not trying to explain to her children why you can’t just go to the bank and get more money or why you can’t have a cookie thirty minutes before dinner, she works as The Skit Guys Script Consultant and Online Manager. She also has several scripts available at www.skitguys.com.

Carrie has a degree in Theatre Arts from Ouachita Baptist University. Her mom and dad are so happy that she is finally putting it to some good use. While she was in college they prayed that she would at least marry well. She did, in fact, to a wonderful man, Randy. He makes computer games for a living and daily reminds her that he needs an X-Box for “research”. No, I’m not joking.
